  • Q How to query the logistics and export progress of used excavators?

    The supplier will provide an exclusive tracking channel: during the logistics stage, the real-time location and estimated arrival time of the transport vehicle and ship can be obtained; during the export stage, the progress of customs declaration, inspection and customs clearance will be synchronized in a timely manner to ensure that the customer grasps the relevant information throughout the process.

  • Q What logistics and export preferential policies are available for bulk export of used excavators (more than 10 units)?

    Bulk exports can enjoy double preferential policies: in terms of logistics, sea and railway transportation costs can be reduced by 10%-15%; in terms of export, agency service fees are reduced, inspection and customs declaration are arranged first, and at the same time, it can assist in connecting equipment receiving and commissioning services at the destination.

  • Q After export, will the supplier provide support if the equipment is damaged during logistics or there are customs clearance problems?

     Full-process support will be provided. If the equipment is damaged during transportation, the supplier will coordinate with the logistics party to assume liability for compensation and arrange professional personnel for maintenance; if there are customs clearance problems, it will assist in supplementing information and contacting the local customs to ensure smooth customs clearance.

  • Q What are the requirements for the sea transportation packaging of exported used excavators?

    Sea transportation packaging must meet international transportation standards: bare packaging or simple packaging is adopted, the body is fixed on containers or special transport frames, anti-rust and moisture-proof treatment is done, and information such as equipment model, serial number, weight, and destination is marked to avoid displacement and rust during transportation.

  • Q Do exported used excavators require special modification or testing?

    Adjustments are required according to the requirements of the export destination: some countries require the equipment to meet local environmental standards (such as installing exhaust gas treatment devices), and all exported equipment must complete CCIC pre-shipment inspection to ensure that the equipment is in good condition, the procedures are compliant, and there are no major faults or potential safety hazards.

  • Q Is the customs declaration process for the export of used excavators complicated? How long does it take to complete?

    The process is not complicated. When handled by the supplier on behalf of the customer, the customs declaration process can be completed within 3-5 working days after the complete information is prepared; if the information is incomplete or additional testing is required, the time limit will be extended to 7-10 working days.

  • Q What policy restrictions are there on the export of used excavators? Which countries/regions do not support exports?

    Policy restrictions: The equipment manufacturing life shall not exceed 10 years, the working hours shall not exceed 15,000 hours, and it shall meet the emission standards of the export destination; exports to non-diplomatic countries and sanctioned countries are prohibited, and some countries (such as the EU) have additional environmental certification requirements for the import of used equipment.

    Yes. Regular suppliers can handle the full-process export procedures on behalf of customers, including commodity inspection, customs declaration, booking, sea transportation, and customs clearance coordination.     The core export procedures include: equipment "Product Certificate of Conformity", "Original Purchase Invoice", customs declaration form, commodity inspection certificate (CCIC pre-shipment inspection certificate), import license for key old mechanical and electrical products (for imported and re-exported equipment), export contract and packing list.

  • Q Can logistics and distribution be provided to remote areas (such as mountainous areas and construction sites without direct access roads)?

    Yes. For remote areas, small flatbed trucks or off-road transport vehicles will be deployed, and local personnel will be coordinated to assist in transshipment to ensure that the equipment directly reaches the designated location. A small additional service fee for remote areas is required (about 1000-3000 yuan, adjusted according to distance).
