Delivery Starts with Alignment

Once a machine is confirmed, we communicate with customers to align on destination, transport method, and basic delivery arrangements. This early coordination helps prevent misunderstandings and allows both sides to prepare properly.
 

Machine Preparation for Transport

Before dispatch, machines are prepared based on transport requirements and destination conditions.
Preparation focuses on safe loading, stability during transit, and protection of key components, rather than unnecessary cosmetic adjustments. The goal is to ensure the machine arrives in a condition suitable for unloading and inspection.

Export Documentation & Coordination

For international deliveries, we assist with export documentation preparation and confirmation according to the agreed shipping method.
Clear document coordination helps reduce delays at customs and supports a smoother import process for customers, especially those importing used machinery for the first time.

Logistics Arrangement & Shipment Follow-Up

We work with experienced logistics partners to arrange suitable transportation options based on machine size, route, and destination.
